Kasab and other similar cases

I am sure you must have all been shocked when u saw the title saying kasab and its other similar ...
Well as we all know that our beloved corrupt government has already spent more than 50 crores on kasab .
But the question arises is it worth the cost ?
Spending an amount that is more than the security of any Indian minister and that to for the security of a terrorist who was caught red handed in the attach a year ago...
Let ne remind u that kasab was caught red handed foreign in the attack of 26/11 in Mumbai where the hotel Taj was made to burn with fire ...
After the enormous amount spent on a terrorist security in a condition of depression they then some how as per the laws agreed to keep him alive and fight a defermation case in favor of him and spend some extra money there ... Kasab was kept like a v.I.p in jail because he was the person who did what the government of ours wanted to do since long ....
The question here arises that if we know that he is a terrorist then y the he'll are we wasting our time and money for him rather than utilising it for the people who actually work to earn that amount and not like the most of our politicians who get money just by sitting back at home ....
We spend a long day, listen to what other people say , we just give our best to earn each and every penny and we would never like it being spoilt by utilising our money on such people but rather useing them in a way that we are benefited like various government projects like in public transport area. Or creating mire schools with better education facilities , on our securities etc.
People like kasab are just ment to be taken the proof of and then let them be played with in and his life a given torched death so that even the terrorists realise the crime they did by killing the innocent lot amounts all of us....

BJP or Congress

The most reoccurring question which strickes mostly all of us now... That who will the next government be... Will the government be chosen from these two big parties or various small parties ...
Well it's a fact and we all admit that mostly all the political parties today are into corruption or have some charges on them...
The reason behind this is something which all of us must have a watch upon , I.e "today we people just like every common man prefer to sit and discuss the issues around us but we don't have the guts to face the current situation and fight for ourselves ". Yes, some of you have got the correct meaning .. I am indicating you all learned people to step into the beautiful world of politics ... It feels sad when I get to hear that politics is like mud once u go u get dirty ... But today I will answer to all such people with the same or similar example.. and the answer is that if there is a rainy season and one of the family member gets his dirty foot filled with mud in the house then we imnidiatly clean it   then what the hell happened when we knew that the mud was increasing, how in the world did we let these fools dirty our house and loot us, how did we even think of voting an illiterate person and marketing the most irresponsible person take such a big responsibility... And now when we can see the dirt and smell their crap then y are we still sitting silent , it is the correct time to bring out the bhagad singh in us because since many years Gandhi just helped in increasing it but no more now... What ever we may call the steps of arvin, Dr. Swamy and modi nay be but are the only possible ways to clean our home our motherland India and help it bring back its original culture , respect, market value and heritage....
So rather than thinking take a step forward and do something good for mother India now ...
Now comeing back to our point o. Who will the next government be we should actually start to think that now rather than choosing a party that benefits us we should atheist help in contributing by choosing either that party which u know is least corrupt and has a very good scope for expansion of the country as a while ... Be carefully this time when u caste a vote...

Jai hind all virat Hindus....

Our weak laws

I am sure u must have been shocked when u saw this heading , scratched ur head to get ur frame if mind all set as per why did I specifically choose this as my topic if interest today ....
Well let me make you aware that this topic was chosen by me in context to the upcomeing elections and the death sentence that was given by our honorable supreme court ....
Our laws and constitution are now as old as the heritage cars, coins and monuments are... It's a funny fact but on the other hand a cause for our misery ...
When today kasab was announced with his death sentence. Question struck my mind which I thought I must share it with all of the vierws of this blog... The question which struck me was that if we already say that we have many prices against kasab and on the other hand declare him as a terrorist of the biggest attack ever then why did we waste crores if rupees on his food and safety ... Why did we even give him a chance so that he could defend himself when we were already aware of his acts ...
On the other hand we have some ministers who have a lot many cases on them like o.p chautala, b.s hudda, chidamram etc.... Why are we still gibbering them the rights to fight a case to defend their selves the acts performed by them aren't worth being given even one single grace day.... Such people should be punished so hard that even the comeing generations have the fear in them to not to fool the people and take over their rights ....
Our punishments, laws and constitution needs an amendment now so tht we can help in creating a better and a safer tomorrow for all of us to live in.....
Well in the end I'll just say that if u want an end to corruption then start from today... Be a part of various social groups and help them progress.... If at all u get a chance try and amends the laws as per the needs of today so that we can have a better, brighter , and a safer tomorrow .....

RSS

what does it strike when u first hear about this... RSS as if a political party for some an weird organisation for the others but in reality rss is Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh....

National Volunteer Organization[ or National Patriotic Organization[, also known as Sangh, is a right-wing, nationalist paramilitary volunteer and militant. Hindu nationalist organization in India. RSS ideology is based on the principle of selfless service to the nation.
It was founded in 1925 by K. B. Hedgewar, a revolutionary and doctor from Nagpur, as a social and cultural organization in British India, to oppose both British colonialism in India and Muslim separatism.
RSS volunteers participated in various political and social movements including the freedom movement and the organization became the leading nationalist Hindu organization in India. By the 1990s, the group had established numerous schools, charities and clubs to propagate its ideology.
Its volunteers are also known for their role in the relief and rehabilitation work during natural calamities and for running more than 100,000 service programs in the field of education, health care, rural development, tribal emancipation, village self-sufficiency, Farming Programmes in rural India and the rehabilitation of lepers and special needs children.
It was banned by the British, and then after independence three times by the Government of India — first in 1948 when Nathuram Godse, a former member[ who left RSS, assassinated Mahatma Gandhi then during emergency (1975–1978); and after theDemolition of Babri Masjid in 1992.
RSS was founded in 1925 by Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, who was a doctor in the central Indian city of Nagpur .Hedgewar as a medical student in Kolkata had been a part of the revolutionary activities of the Anushilan Samiti and Jugantar striving to free India from British rule. He had been charged with sedition in 1921 by the British Administration and was imprisoned for one year.
The Partition of India was a very traumatic event in the young nation's history with millions of Sikhs, Hindus, andMuslims attempting to escape the violence and carnage that followed.
Noted Gandhian and recipient of the highest civilian award in India, Bharat Ratna, Dr. Bhagwan Das commended the role of the "high-spirited and self-sacrificing boys" of the RSS in protecting the newly formed Republic of India, from a planned coup to topple the Jawaharlal Nehru Administration in Delhi.
It has been noted that the RSS volunteers participated in the Bhoodan movement organized by Gandhian leader Vinobha Bhave. Vinobha Bhave had met the RSS leader M. S. Golwalkar in Meerut in November 1951. Golwalkar had been inspired by the movement that encouraged land reforms through voluntary means. He pledged the support of the RSS for this movement.
RSS does not have any formal membership. According to the official website, a Hindu male can become member by joining the nearest ‘Shakha’, which is the basic unit.Although the RSS claims not to keep membership records, it is estimated that the organization has between 5–6 million members.
"Shakha" is Hindi for "branch". Most of the organizational work of the RSS is done through the coordination of shakhas or branches. Theseshakhas are run for 1 hour in public places. In 2004, more than 60,000 shakhas were run throughout India. However the number of Shakas has fallen by over 10,000 since the fall of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led government in 2004The shakhas conduct various activities for its volunteers which include physical fitness activities through yoga, exercises and games. It has other activities which emphasize on qualities like civic sense, social service, community living and patriotism. The volunteers are trained in first aid and in rescue and rehabilitation operations. The volunteers are also encouraged to get involved in the developmental activities of the village or locality.
Today the RSS has asked to join hands with the JANATA PARTY as said by a tweet which was tweeted by the president of janata Party himself , "Dr. Subramanian Swamy"....
CHeers to such a party that promotes the welfare of hindus...

Monsoon session

The monsoon session as we all know is now supposed to be ending within a couple of days .... It is a shock but true that this session was even Much more pathetic than the precious monsoon sessions... This time Manu scams came in some .fellow drama was seen by the jokers of congress which were then accompanied by egoists of bjp who kept the session on hold for a few days just because they wanted the PM to resign .... For we Indians specially the common man it is very important to save money... The lacks wasted by these people is nothing for them today they are interested in the black money abroad which no one can assure that it will come or not....
If it comes we will se rupee being appreciated, finally an increase in growth rate and GDP, RISE IN the creditability of the country etc.
But till then we can not afford to loose more amount of money .... Just like each common man is punished and is paid only till the amount of work done same should now be the case with these ministers ....
If u want to see the country progress I personally feel that this is the only formula to help India rise from a lower to the top most level ...
This dream come true can be possible if our court and rules are amended... We need the lokpal to stop corruption and also a formation of new faces in place of all those thifes who are having criminal cases against them... Our punishment will have to be strict and squeal for all...
Ministers should be paid at the end of the monsoon session and only if they have a successful conversation ... Even if the session continues till the night we won't care... The properties should be regularly evaluated of every minister and even their background must be checked  ...
With some uneducated AND some over educated like chidaram should be punished harsh for such scams ... Even the CWG and CBI ought to ne more strict upon their actions for growth...
We need a Riesling India aNd till our important bills aren't pass we won't mind of all ministers are held to stay there till some decision is taken and till then they won't be paid even a so.gke world...

Subramanian swamy - an idol

Subramanian Swamy; born 15 September 1939  is an Indian academician, politician, and economist. He is the President of the Janata Party of India. He also presently serves as chairman of the SCMS Board of Governors of the SCMS Group of Educational Institutions in Kerala.

Swamy has previously served as member of the Planning Commission of India and Cabinet Minister of India. He has written extensively on foreign affairs dealing largely with India-China, India-Pakistan and Indo-Israel relation and is also a published author.

In November 1978, Swamy was member of the Group of Eminent persons called to Geneva to prepare a report of the United Nations (UNCTAD) on Economic Co-operation between Developing countries (ECDC).Swamy simplified trade procedures and formulated a new export strategy which became the forerunner of trade reform adopted subsequently. In 1994, Swamy was appointed as Chairman of the Commission on Labour Standards and International Trade by then Prime Minister P. V. Narasimha Rao. This was perhaps for the first time that an Opposition Party member was given a Cabinet rank post by the ruling party.

In 1964, Swamy joined the faculty of economics at Harvard and since then has taught in the Department of Economics. He began as an assistant professor in July 1966 and in 1969 became an associate professor. When he was Associate Professor at Harvard University, he was invited by Nobel Laureate Amartya Sen for reader’s chair on Chinese studies at Delhi School of Economics. He accepted the offer and came back. However, when he arrived for the position at DSE, his appointment was cancelled due to his views on the nuclear capabilities for India and market friendly attitude. Thereafter, he moved to the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and alongside to his teaching duties, he took special interest in talking to the hostel students. From 1969 to 1991, he was a Professor[9] of mathematical economics at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. He was removed from the position by its board of Governors in the early 1970s but was legally reinstated in the late 1990s by the Supreme Court of India. He continued in the position until 1991 when he resigned to become a cabinet minister. He served on the Board of Governors of the IIT, Delhi (1977–80), and on the Council of IITs (1980–82).

He taught economics courses in summer session at Harvard until 2011. In December 2011, the Faculty Council of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences removed his course from the Harvard Summer School course offerings in response to a controversial article he wrote, effectively ceasing his employment at Harvard. Swamy on a lecture tour of America met US President, Barack Obama at a dinner at Mclean Virginia.

Dr. Swamy is today been given a threat once again and as we know he has done a lot for us so now is our time to stand up and support our hero/ idol....

What if ?

Well we know that when we say or comment something about some particular person or thing we always should have facts to prove our point intelligently ... For e.g if a person x was a fraud I can not comment upon him untill and unless I have a proof of what he stole as per the law....
But when ever I hear of such a question only one thing strikes my mind and that is what if there is a situation in which the facts and figures where changed ...
In political terms let us suppose that the cwg scam involved a big politician but till now what has been done is that the evidence says that only kalmadi was the person who had his hand in it... Now another question arises that if kalmadi was the only one who and how did we allow him to be out of the jail ... Then if he is not then why can't we still find the evidence to the reality of the master mind behind it.... Everyone of us knows that this cwg scam has let the Indian image fall by a much faster rate this time then why isn't the best forces put to use to do something and if they know the root then why not expose it... Why is it that even media being the most popular source is scared to show what really the facts are... Our media is happy with its TRP stunts without realiseing that only media if it's not bought has that much power that if they shake hands with various good people like Arvin, Dr. Swamy etc our country can be the best example for the perfect culture and governance ... But all we are busy is in our constitution, law, facts , legal pricedure, our profits , TRP... Etc.
Think what if our constitution changed it's laws a bit as per the current situations ... Our people became more literate, our politicians much more active and responsible , our Indian culture was retained , our police wasn't busy waiting for orders always , our punishments were such that people got goose pimples thinking about it... We have money but it's all just our thought which can help in creating a bigger brighter tomorrow ....
So just think what if this happened ?

Six Delhi Metro stations to close to keep protestors from homes of PM, Gadkari

where in the world are we going, what the hell is happening, where is justice going, how are these uneducated fools winning, how did he escape, is this cheat actually unwell or is it the government's plan to hide him etc are some questions which strike us each day when we read the news early in the morning...
is this what we are waiting for ? is this a future that we see of living in ?
the truth is that earlier we were divided by outsiders and now we are again being discriminated by these politicians my allocation of quota's... i understand that in some parts still there is discrimination but that is no cure that you allot a quota to any one and create more differences and life hectic for the other people.. quota's increase the race by giving privilege and creating a silent line between people... no one can say that just because we are illiterate we need this and that... NO illiteracy also leads to excessive population then to remove that our government hasnt done anything great all what was done was an eye wash...
we are alll INDIANS and are linked with each other because we were all born in this motherland... now in a democratic government who has given these uneducated fools the right to separate us into groups with different names... we all know that if we go to a mosque or church or gurudwara or mandir all we do is pray to the lord and all the lord say 1 thing atleast in common that we are one then where is that we now...
we have been hearing that INDIA is a democratic country.. how in the world should i call our country as democratic where we can not even raise our voice against the injustices of those people who played with our emotions, forcefully took away lands and money, misutilized the taxes we paid from our incomes etc.
if our government is afraid that the people might to bung in the house of their pm's italian remote and gadgari's neck then that is a murder to democracy...
we in a democratic country are not only fooled by the government but even our media plays a vital role is misleading the people by giving us wrong information and wrong times to distract us.. we are not allowed to spread msgs publicly and let all our brothers and sisters across the country know and beware of what is going around us... this issue needs an answer... we will have to get together and rise, rise as a unit , rise as once, and get out INDIA back and safeguard its culture and heritage from these thieves...
INDIA RISE....

Condition of our politics

As we all remember the time of election of the president of India ... A case was filed there on pranks mukharjee which said that he cheated the people by his fake signatures and was undergoing the charge but was still made the president of the nation...
This example I gave was because it became a very popular case at that time and it is easy for us to link to it ...
But the question arrises that as to why was such a decision taken the question isn't to be stressed upon our honorable president but still the question stands before us that if we know that a case of lieing is pending against a nominee who is supposed to be the next fave of the country was chosen without looking into the matter as to what actually was the reality....
Are we so week and hollow that we don't even cross check and examine our officials... ?
Are we so greedy that we can't ever think about the country as a whole and our image in the world ?
Is there nothing that can actually help us improve upon these acts of stupidity being going on since years .. ?
There are many cases of big politicians and businesses men involved in this process of cheating and keeping the law in the dark but why are we so helpless and blind that we can't even raise our voice for our rights ?

Mayavati

The uplifting of the weaker society from where she belonged is what mayavati promised to uplift during her rule...
But I belive the only upliftment seen in her time was of her own and the upliftment of her favourite animal "elephant " which is why I belive she thought to spend crores on the structure of elephants .... She was the only minister who created her own status even while she was a live.. and I am sure that she owes am answer to us as to why did she even think of such a pathetic development in her time ....
She in order to gain power and seats was all in all ready to divide u.p into 5 parts grieving invalid excuses each time ....
If your favourite animal is an elephant doesn't give you the right to stamp on the common man who elected you thinking that atleast you will be of some use to them and their progress of their province ... But just like the others you put the voters in shame proveing them not to except anything from their ministers each time they vote them up....
Grow your area of thought and you will surely succeed ...

know your country

our country is the only country in the world that has a democratic set up and gives equality to all castes and this is why today we have different people of different casts in high posts proving the point that India believes in democracy...
we have all sorts of people in our country and we are proud of this because this is the real meaning of democracy..
but sometimes a question strikes my mind time and again are we actually a democratic controlled country... are we actually Indians being ruled by Indians,... many of you got the point but for the rest of us it is important to know that the answer to my above stated question is actually a NO because india today is ruled my an italian remote named antonia miano... Indian name to her is sonia gandhi...
we at times talk about hinduism and terrorism but what about such terrorists that we have in our country who are ruling since a long time....
its time for us that we should develop a strict rule about these corrupt ministers.. we need a law which states harsh punishments for those committing such crimes even if they are the minsters or their children... we need a law which treats us all equally.. our minister like KANDA are still in abundance in the parliament its time for us to rise and enter this cruel world to show what we can do and who we actually are..
we indians aren't just a group of coward people who sit in a coffee shop talking about this nonsense going on we are fearless fighters who have the strength to throw out and punish such people ourselves.... We are the future of tomorrow a future that the world should see and idolize....
we have dreams and want to see the women of our country to be seen with respect in every part of the world... each and every person of the nation to be a leader of their selves and the activities around them... we need to know a lot if we actually feel that we have to grow...

Beni verma's comment upon compedition

Beni Verma feels that there is a competition to who will be the next prime minister after Dr. manmohan singh...
As per Mr. verma the fight is now between Mr.Rahul Gandhi and the king of all Narendra Modi...
for the blind fans of Rahul g it is an advise that they should do some online research and know the truth... Rahul Gandhi has the power to do something but no one can ever be sure that after he wins will that flame burn or just blow off with the wind of power... we are all aware of the Gujrat elections in 2001 and that is from where Narendra Modi also know as Narendra bhai Modi started his carrer for the betterment of his state.... since 2001 to 2011 we have seen gujrat as an example for progress not even delhi being the capital has progressed that much as gujrat has after the entry of modi... it is said that gujrat is soon to be seen as the next japan and that women feel safe to raom around there....it is a request to all the viewers not to get the idea of favouritism its just that i had to choose the best amongst these 2... in politics always keep a track on the persons standing up, compare that as per the progress report who is comparatively more prospective before u finalize ur vote8... so this time in our 2014 elections we need to pause and see that what does India now wants is it more of the killing of common man or the nation to unite as rise as a family ...
please think as an INDIAN this time when you plan to vote and not as an individual businessman....

8 you vote till there is a party or individual that is totally clean.. because very few amongst the good people actually bother to enter the dirty mud of politics and clean it...
