Why should Haryana suffer again

What people Believe and what I saw on a personal travel trip :-
The followers of The accused Saint in question want to meet him which means in his Dera they don't get the time to meet him.
The followers are allowed to enter for the support of the accused while they know the charges have been framed and the party has been sold and made to sit silent.
The trust in the centre and the state or the judicisry shall come to an end tomorrow no matter what happens.
The resignation of such A Chief Minister of the state is primarily important as much is the execution of such accused important before any judgement in their places.

While I was on a driver from the city in question to a city in Punjab for some personal work it was clearly seen that the buses filled with followers were being allowed to enter Nd even after section 144 they were allowed to settle into groups in numbers as big as 1 lac.
The state was aware but the administration and political class preferred to sleep on the entire issue to let the pressure be built on the people as well as the judicisry. It is true that no action was either taken nor was instructed because the Government sold the states justice and decipline to the accused. The judgement if made against the accused the state will burn to hell if in favor justice will burn to hell forever and with this the name of Rss and BJP shall be buried under the mud for years to come because after the previous 2 incidents so being of Rampal and Jatt agitation it has been clear that nor the state Government nor the centre is in any mood to deliver justice to its people...

To all Citizens with supreme integrity on behalf of many civilian stuck I would just like to say a few things :-
1) BJP Government is the biggest failure ij Haryana and resignation of the entire cabinet should be demanded before panchkula sees either of the execution.
2) any riot or war happens not because the system is weak but because the people in charge are weak enuf to act for the justice of their own state and people
3) the minister in charge must take full responsibity towards the people that voted them to power and not the powerful saint to kill the procedure of justice
4) The Failure of the centre and opposition has made the situation come to what it is and hence none of the politicians have any right to comment on life's of a common man
5) our Prime minister has miserably failed because of his useless cabinet and resignation shall be demanded from him as well for letting a state burn 3 times in his own party's tenure .

Yogi Adityanath

Mahant Yogi Adityanath  born on 5 June 1972 is an Indian priest and politician with a fanatical Hindu MP  image. Now he Become 21st Chief Minister of the state of Uttar Pradesh. Yogi has a dual image in his surrounding ,if we concentrate on his image one side he found with fanatic Hindu Pioneer and other side looks a emotional candidates which  cried when he get torture from there enemies.

Finally on 18th march Yogi unanimously elected has candidates for UP CM post by BJP parliamentarycommittee. A star campaigner for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the state, prior to being the Chief Minister, he has been a Member of Parliament from the Gorakhpur Constituency, Uttar Pradesh for five consecutive terms since 1998. Adityanath is also the Mahant or head priest of the Gorakhnath Math, a Hindu temple in Gorakhpur, following the death of his spiritual “father,” Mahant Avaidyanath in September 2014. He is also the founder of the Hindu Yuva Vahini, a militant youth organisation that has been involved in communal violence.

Yogi Adityanath Priest of Gorakhnath math belongs to Pauri  Garhwal WHICH IS NOW IN UTTARAKHAND . Yogi takes oath as UP CM on 19 march with his 2 Deputy CM.

Yogi Adityanath was born as Ajay Singh Bisht into a Garhwali Rajput family on 5 June 1972 in the village of Panchur, in Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand (formerly in Uttar Pradesh). His father Anand Singh Bisht was a forest ranger. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University in Uttarakhand.

He left home around 1990s to join the Ayodhya Ram temple movement. He came under the influence of Mahant Avaidyanath, the chief priest of the Gorakhnath Math, and became his disciple. Subsequently he was given the name 'Yogi Adityanath' and designated as the successor of the Mahant Avaidyanath. While based in Gorakhpur after his initiation, Adityanath has often visited his ancestral village, establishing a school there in 1998.

Scholar Christophe Jaffrelot states that Yogi Adityanath belongs to a specific tradition of Hindutva politics in Uttar Pradesh that can be traced back to the Mahant Digvijay Nath, who led the capture of the Babri Masjid in Ayodhya for Hindus on 22 December 1949. Both Digvijay Nath and his successor, Mahant Avaidyanath, belonged to the Hindu Mahasabha and were elected to the Parliament on that party's ticket. After the BJP and the Sangh Parivar joined the Ayodhya movement in the 1980s, the two strands of Hindu nationalism came together. Avaidyanath switched to the BJP in 1991, but nevertheless maintained significant autonomy. Yogi Adityanath was appointed Avaidyanath's successor as the Mahant of Gorakhnath Math in 1994. Four years later, he was elected to the Lower House of the Indian Parliament (the Lok Sabha).

After his first electoral win, Adityanath started his own militant youth wing Hindu Yuva Vahini, which has been known for violent activities in the eastern Uttar Pradesh but was instrumental in Adityanath's meteoric rise. There have been recurrent tensions between Adityanath and the BJP leadership over the allocation of election tickets. However, the BJP has not let the tensions mount because Adityanath has served as a star campaigner for the party.

Adityanath was the youngest member of the 12th Lok Sabha at 26. He has been elected to the Parliament from Gorakhpur for five consecutive terms (in 1998, 1999, 2004, 2009 and 2014 elections).

Adityanath's attendance in Lok Sabha was 77% and he has asked 284 questions, participated in 56 debates and introduced three private member Bills in the 16th Lok Sabha.

In 2005, Adityanath led a 'purification drive' which involved the conversion of Christians to Hinduism. In one such instance, 1,800 Christians were reportedly converted to Hinduism in the town of Etah in Uttar Pradesh. He said, "I will not stop till I turn UP and India into a Hindu Rashtra (Hindu state)."

In January 2007, an altercation occurred amidst a Hindu group and Muslims during a Muharram procession in Gorakhpur which led to the hospitalisation of a young Hindu, Raj Kumar Agrahari. The District Magistrate made it clear that Adityanath should not visit the site as it may inflame tensions. He initially agreed but after Agrahari died, he disobeyed the magistrate and travelled to the site with a group of his followers. Adityanath started a non-violent dharna on the site. However inflammatory speeches were made and some of his followers set fire to a nearby mazar (Muslim mausoleum).A curfew was implemented by the local police, but Adityanath broke it and was subsequently jailed under Section 151A, Sections 146, 147, 279, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. He was arrested and remanded for a fortnight, on charges of disturbing peace. His arrest led to further unrest and several coaches of the Mumbai bound Mumbai-Gorakhpur Godan Express were burnt, allegedly by protesting Hindu Yuva Vahini activists. The day after the arrest, the District Magistrate along with the local police chief, were transferred and replaced. This was "widely perceived" as a result of "Adityanath's clout" with the Uttar Pradesh government of Mulayam Singh Yadav. The tensions soon escalated to riots across Gorakhpur leading to the burning of mosques, homes, buses and trains. After his release, Adityanath protested his jailing in the Parliament.

In 2010, when opposing the Women's Reservation Bill, Adityanath has said that reservation doesn't affect women's domestic responsibilities like childcare. He added: “If men develop feminine traits, they become gods, but if women develop masculine traits they become demons… Western ideas of women’s liberation should be properly analysed in the Indian context.”

In March 2011, the documentary film Saffron War - Radicalization of Hinduism accused Adityanath of promoting communal disharmony through a Virat Hindustan rally in rural Uttar Pradesh.Adityanath shared the stage during a hate speech in which an unidentified speaker urged the Hindu audience to dig up the graves of Muslim women and rape the corpses. Recording of this event went viral on social media in March 2015.In August 2014, political activist and lawyer Shehzaad Poonawala wrote to the National Commission for Minorities demanding that a police First Information Report be filed against Yogi Adityanath.

In an undated video that surfaced on YouTube during August 2014, Adityanath, reportedly during a public speech at Azamgarh, referring to the religious conversions due to inter-religious marriages, has said, "if they take one Hindu girl, we will take 100 Muslims girls." In the same video, he continues to say, "if they kill one Hindu, there will be 100 that we" and pauses, as the gathered crowd shouts: "kill".

In June 2015, Adityanath, while talking about Surya Namaskara, and Yoga has said, "those who want to avoid Yoga can leave Hindustan". He added, "my humble request to those who see communalism in even Sun God would be to drown themselves in the sea or live in a dark room for the rest of their lives.

During the intolerance debate in the Indian media in late 2015, Adityanath compared actor Shah Rukh Khan to Pakistani terrorist Hafiz Saeed. He said, "Shah Rukh Khan should remember that majority population of the Country made him the Star, and if they boycott his films, he will also have to wander on streets. It is unfortunate SRK is speaking the same language that of Hafiz Saeed."

On 3 January 2016, a day after the terrorist attack on an Indian air force base in Pathankot allegedly by Pakistani terrorists, Adityanath said, "The Pathankot attack has once again proved that Satan could change for the better but Pakistan cannot".[67]

Adityanath has praised the US President Donald Trump's decision to enact a ban on citizens from 7 Muslim-majority countries entering the United States and has called for India to adopt similar policies to tackle terrorism.

The effect of One wrong action in Parliament

The ex Prime minister Manmohan Singh  has caused a Shame to the nation and the interest of the nation...  A living proof that what happens when you bend too much in front of a wrong ur mentally ill to support an evil cause... The respect that he had earned as a great economist who saved the nation has been washed off completely today.... We all need to realise the importance of bank accounts, bank transactions and bank savings for our interest, this is the best way to reduce corruption to a large extent and reduce the on going crises in the nation...  Yes there should have been a dump account in the favor of black money holders to get their money deposited and remove their names from being frauds and defaulters so the Indian army could have used it judicially or could have shared it with the judiciary for its use or any other national use but all of this needs to be initiated in by the opposition selected by us to discuss in the Parliament.

It has been a matter of disgrace for this country to have this economist as the prime minister for 2 consecutive terms and did nothing in the direction of Digitalisation,   nothing for breaking the pact made by his government for getting back the money from Swizz accounts, no action on terrorism, no support for the common people and casting total disgrace to the judicial system of India....
With Profound grief we are having to say today that this highly learned man has become a victim of a lady without brains who wants to put another prime minister as her son who is even worse and has characteristics similar to a druggie...
We wished that instead of a stupid written speech he would have now maintained his dignity and retained his image by just saying it politely such as " the work by the current prime minister is commendable but we wish the way he choose to govern such a nation which will have several non cooperative people get struck was wrong and let us all today discuss on the flaws to correct the situation instead of a ban on talking and letting people be a mockery for us to even handle "

Instead of choosing to make the people relieved all these small parties including the allies of Bjp itself are creating a problem and panic in people instead of putting a pressure on banks to let all business have card machines, accept cash after counting and make a separate Line for withdrawals by making the need of liquid money near to zero to reduce corruption and other malpractices...  We

We on behalf of the admin wish that the Congress party of India learns to respect the system of Democracy,  we are proud of our Stand on curbing the now centre for a wrong appointment of its ministers like the HR department,  food department etc but of the right candidate our unconditional support.  We are also proud to have had a chance to criticize them when they rushed away from FDI and GST by stopping the parliamentary work on roads instead of intellectual talks in the Parliament for which we all citizens as tax pagers pay for such illiterates management to govern our nation and several other departments of Commerce without any change in old policies of British time.
It also has been now felt that Congress rather should have fielded better candidates for their face like making Pranab the Prime Ministerial Candidate instead of President if this time again their motive was not refusing a talent or could have made  Priyanka Gandhi the candidate for prime minister or some other learned candidate out of the cult of Congressmen to give true sense of work and accomplishment  for a better growth..

India Suffers from only a dual party system as both of them are huge is their presence one that needs a face like Modi, Atal G,  Narsima rao being backed with several think tanks and the other is the Congress being one of the oldest and biggest parties that because of their problem with making it a family party has suffered a huge loss because it now unfortunately lacks a vision for the citizens...

For the upcoming party that is the Aam Aadmi Party whose ministers are stuck in scandals, have refused to pass their own lok pal bill, can't handle a state, are being caught with huge cash and several insulting activities should be curbed for a life time as a lesson to play with feelings and emotions of the common people... These frauds have sympathy to show and tell you to retain their cars and houses but choose the VIP CULTURE and public money to fill their houses for their own use instead of being honest and supporting the good moves but then again,  " the fear is genuine as we believe this is that fear that every wrong child feels when the strict master comes to correct them, some may drown, some may hide but in long run all of them or majority of them will become successful for this very reason that they had worked hard then. "

We are proud to support the good decisions of every. Government and see our nation stand with dignity for its biggest characteristic of being the world's Biggest Democracy in all True Senses...

The Kashmir Issue

The furious protests that erupted in Indian-administered Kashmir on July 8 are a poignant reminder that popular sentiment cannot be ignored merely because it does not fit in with the nationalist narrative of an unrepresentative government.
That is especially true where popular sentiment is grounded in the cause of a unique identity.
In the absence of legitimate political forums, such sentiment foments unrest which builds until circumstances provide a martyr such as Burhan Wani, the young rebel whose killing by Indian security forces has ignited the protests in Kashmir.
Burhan Wani, the 22-year-old “commander” of the Hizb-ul-Mujahideen gunned down last week by the security forces in Anantnag, was credited with mobilising a new generation of the disaffected in Jammu and Kashmir. In the violent aftermath of his death, however, young men and women have taken the fight to the security forces on the street. Pitched battles have engulfed the Valley. Wani was obviously a prize catch. His engaging manner had turned him into a legend before his death, as he coasted on personal charisma and social media smarts to become the ‘poster boy’ of a new phase of Kashmiri militancy that is homegrown. But having got their man, the security forces failed spectacularly in managing the situation.
After the death of over a hundred Kashmiris in the stone-pelting protests in the summer of 2010, the J&K police and the paramilitary forces were said to have evolved less lethal ways of bringing under control what is essentially political mobilisation. The fact that so many civilians have been killed or injured in the eye this month, with a high percentage having possibly lost vision altogether, suggests that no care has gone into keeping the casualties low. Faced with an attacking mob, policemen are bound to perceive a sense of siege. But it is imperative that any response should be measured and never grossly disproportionate to the cause of action — forgetting this lesson in Kashmir has time and again led to the fuelling of a further cycle of protests, to attracting more impressionable and aggrieved youngsters to attack symbols of authority.
This is a cycle that cannot be broken by brute force. The Central and State governments have reached out to the Opposition and separatist leaders to dissuade young Kashmiris from street violence. But appeals for calm must be strengthened with a demonstrable capacity for a political conversation. When tens of thousands of Kashmiris hit the streets in mourning for a fallen militant, there is a spectrum of political opinion that presents itself. They can be dispersed with pellets. But if ‘mainstream’ politics does not speak to them, if their arguments are not heard patiently to be countered or fleshed out, as the case may be, the calm that eventually obtains will be an illusion.

Often, such protest movements are acts of desperation without a chance of success, so they ebb and flow in cycles linked with angry violence and inconclusive attempts at political engagement.
The outcome is more violence between armed occupiers and young activists who become increasingly militant over time.
Unsurprisingly, the emergent generation of stone-pelting young Kashmiris identify with their Palestinian counterparts and are calling the new wave of protests an "Intifada".
Another similarity is that the situation in Kashmir is a mess created by departing Western colonialists.
In drawing up the map for the division of the Indian Subcontinent in 1947, the British viewed Kashmir entirely through the spectacles of recent history.
The Valley has been restive for more than a year now. In this period, Wani is not the only militant whose funeral has drawn people in the thousands. But after long, after more than a decade of violence led by foreign militants, he was the rare local boy to be seen in a leadership role. To put his mourners in a with-us-against-us binary would, as Omar Abdullah has said, give him a recruiting power from beyond the grave.

GST EXPLAINED & MADE EASY

Taxes are indeed a difficult subject foraam aadmi. It looks like a maze of legalese and maths, signifying nothing much. With the GST, the government is aiming to simplify it for the general public.

The government explains the GST in simple terms in the recenlty-published frequently asked questions.

Here's what it has to say: GST is one indirect tax for the whole nation, which will make India one unified common market. GST is a single tax on the supply of goods and services, right from the manufacturer to the consumer. Credits of input taxes paid at each stage will be available in the subsequent stage of value addition, which makes GST essentially a tax only on value addition at each stage. The final consumer will thus bear only the GST charged by the last dealer in the supply chain, with set-off benefits at all the previous stages.

In other words, the prices that we pay for goods and services have the taxes embedded in them. Mostly, the consumers are not even aware of or ignore the tax they pay for things they buy.

This is because there is a maze of indirect taxes such as sales tax, excise and VAT, which leads to increased complexity. The GST seeks to untangle this and subsume all in one single tax, thereby making India an economically unified market.

The Empowered Committee of State Finance Ministers, which deliberated on the tax and its implications, has recommended what all taxes are to be subsumed in the GST:

In the Central taxes: 1) Central Excise Duty; 2) Additional Excise Duties; 3) The Excise Duty levied under the Medicinal and Toiletries Preparation Act Service Tax; 4) Additional Customs Duty, commonly known as Countervailing Duty (CVD); 5) Special Additional Duty of Customs - 4% (SAD); 6) Surcharges, and 7) Cesses.

Among the state taxes and levies: 1) VAT / Sales tax; 2) Entertainment tax (unless it is levied by the local bodies); 3) Luxury tax; 4) Taxes on lottery, betting and gambling; 5) State Cesses and Surcharges in so far as they relate to supply of goods and services; and 6) Entry tax not in lieu of Octroi.

Wait, this explainer is most likely getting all the more complex now.

So check out the table below from PRS Legislative which explains the implications for the common man in simple terms.

PRS explains this table as this:

In the example given above the cost of the raw material is Rs 100. The manufacturer and the retailer add Rs 20 value each. The rax rate is assumed to be 10 percent for all taxes.

Under the current tax regime, both excise and sales are a value added tax system. However, there is no set-off for the taxes paid.

So on the Rs 100 raw material, the manufacturer pay Rs 10 as tax. The manufactuer adds Rs 20 value. To this the manufacturer adds Rs 2, which is the CENVAT or central Value Added Tax. in the example, the CENVAT is assumed at 10 percent of the Rs 20 value added by the manufacturer. So the cost for the retailer is Rs 132, which is Rs 100 (raw material) + Rs 10 (tax on raw material) + Rs 20 (manufacturer value addition) + Rs 2 (tax on the value addition). When the retailer sells it to the consumer, he adds his own margin at Rs 20. This takes the price to Rs 152. Add 10 percent sales tax to this, which increases the price by Rs 15.2. Thus the final price the consumer pays will be Rs 167.2. Of this final amount, the taxes the consumer paid is Rs 27.2.

Now look at the GST. Here, as PRS says, there is input tax credit. This means each person pays tax only on the value added by her. So the overall tax for the consumer comes down. In the above example, when the retailer sells the tax is applied only on her margin of Rs 20 and not on the Rs 132 which is the cost she paid to the manufacturer. So the tax the consumer pays is much lower at Rs 14 - Rs 10 (the tax paid by manufacturer when the raw material was bought) + Rs 2 (the tax on the manufacturer's value addition) + Rs 2 (the tax paid on the margin of the retailer).

In other words, under the current system, there is the cascading efffect or double taxation - the consumer pays tax on tax already paid by the manufactuer which is embedded in the prices. That is what makes the consumer higher tax, and in turn pay higher prices.

With GST, this anomaly will be corrected, thus bringing down the end price.

GST bill - a good effort

A day after the meeting of the Empowered Committee of State Finance Ministers raised its concerns about the GST Bill, the Cabinet cleared the changes in the Constitutional Amendment Bill in line with the demands made by the panel, clearing the way for the much-needed tax reform to be passed in the current Parliament session.

The move by the Cabinet, chaired by prime minister Narendra Modi, is commendable for the swift action taken and shows the seriousness of the NDA government in taking up the reform process, according to experts.

On Wednesday, the Cabinet approved the dropping of the 1 percent additional manufacturing tax and also provided guarantee to compensate states for any revenue loss in the first five years of the rollout of the proposed indirect tax regime.

"It is indeed commendable that the Cabinet has taken up the GST matter within a day of the meeting of the Empowered Committee of state finance ministers. This depicts the resolve and commitment of the Government to move ahead on GST," MS Mani, Senior Director – Indirect Tax, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, said in a statement.

"The decision to do away with the 1% tax proposed earlier to compensate the manufacturing states will remove a major aberration in the GST value chain. Further, the statement that the states would be compensated for revenue losses for five years would go a long way in addressing their concerns on a very crucial aspect of the GST process,” he added.

Apart from the Congress party, the 1 percent additional tax has been a bone of contention even for the industry, which termed it a "bombshell" that would defeat the whole purpose of PM Modi's pet Make in India scheme. The levy was introduced to placate manufacturing states such as Gujarat and Tamil Nadu, which would lose revenue on account of the GST.

Pratik Jain, partner at KPMG had toldBusiness Standard that the 1 percent additional tax will compromise the efficiency of the supply chain.

As far as compensation for state governments is concerned, the state finance ministers on Tuesday had said that wording in the Bill needs to be changed to bring about clarity.

"You will be happy to know that unanimously a wording was proposed which is clear that five years and that it will be implemented, a very nice constitutional amendment wording was proposed by the empowered committee which I proposed on the behalf of all the finance ministers. I believe that much of it will be accepted," West Bengal finance minister Amit Mitra, who heads the empowered panel, had told the CNBC-TV18in an interview.

The Cabinet-approved Bill now provides that the Centre will give 100 percent compensation to states for first three years, 75 percent and 50 percent for the next two years.

With the Centre accepting the changes, the NDA government has indeed made a giant step forward to bring on board all the state governments.

Harishanker Subramaniam, national leader, indirect tax, Ernst and Young, said the Cabinet approval is a "very welcome" step.

"The cabinet's clearance of crucial amendments in the Constitution Amendment Bill in response to Empowered Committee discussions like removal of 1% origin tax, and 5 years compensation to States is indeed very welcome and will pave the way for political consensus and early passage of bill in the monsoon session," he said in a statement.

According to a PTI report, with states on board and the Cabinet approving the amendments, the government is hopeful of passage of the long-pending Goods and Services Tax (GST) Bill in the ongoing monsoon session of Parliament, which ends on August 12.

Congress demands

However, for the Congress there are still two more demands that have not been completely met. These demands are including the GST rate in the statute and setting up a Supreme Court judge-headed dispute resolution body. These demands have not been accepted.

However, the Constitutional Amendment Bill will include a clause on the dispute resolution mechanism. As per the clause, any dispute between states and the Centre will be adjudicated by the GST Council, which will have representation from both the Centre and states. An NDTV report says the government has agreed to give states more power in the independent body.

As far as including GST rate in the Constitution is concerned, there is a talk of mentioning the rate in one of the two supporting legislations that need to be passed after the Constitution is amended.

These two changes will only meet the Congress demands halfway. It remains to be seen whether it will indeed placate the party leaders, who are now cornered on the issue with most coming on board with the Centre.

The Bill, with the changes, is expected to be taken up in the Rajya Sabha as early as this week, but certainly by next week. Once the Rajya Sabha approves the legislation, the amended Bill will have to go back to the Lok Sabha again for approval.

Know why membership of 21 Aam Aadmi Party MLAs may be cancelled

If this happens, it will a huge blow for Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP and Delhi government as well.
Why it may be cancelled?
President Pranab Mukherjee on Monday refused to give assent to the Delhi government Bill to exclude the post of Parliamentary Secretary from the office of profit.
This has raised serious questions over the fate of 21 AAP MLAs as these MLAs were appointed to the posts.

What were the posts?
These MLAs were appointed Parliamentary Secretaries by the Arvind Kejriwal government.
On March 13, 2015, Kejriwal had passed an order appointing the 21 party MLAs as Parliamentary Secretaries.
Petition seeking disqualification of MLAs
Petitions have been filed with the President seeking disqualification of the these MLAs on the ground that they occupied office of profit in violation of Constitution.
Kejriwal govt sought amendment
The Delhi Government had sought an amendment to the Delhi Members of Legislative Assembly (Removal of Disqualification) Act, 1997.
What was Kejriwal seeking?
Through the Bill, the AAP government wanted "retrospective" exemption for the parliamentary secretaries from disqualification provisions.
The Bill was forwarded by Lt Governor Najeeb Jung to the Centre, which in turn was sent to the President with its comments.
However, the President did not give his assent to the Bill.
Subsequently, the AAP government had sought an amendment to the Delhi Members of Legislative Assembly (Removal of Disqualification) Act, 1997.
EC seeks reply
Acting as a quasi judicial body, the Election Commission to whom the President referred the issue has sought replies of the MLAs.
Congress sought disqualification of MLAs
Earlier, a Congress delegation had met the Chief Election Commissioner and asked him to recommend to the President "immediate disqualification" of 21 AAP MLAs holding "office of profit" by working as Parliamentary secretaries to the state government ministers.
Leading the delegation, Delhi Congress chief Ajay Maken had said that it would be "unethical" if these 21 MLAs are allowed to attend the Delhi Assembly session.
"It has been clearly stated in the NCT of Delhi Act, 1991 that if any MLA, other than the ministers, holds any office of profit in Delhi government, the MLA concerned would invite disqualification of the membership of the Assembly."
Here is the list of 21 AAP MLAs whose membership may be cancelled:-
1 Praveen Kumar was appointed as Parliamentary Secretary to Education Minister
2 Sharad Kumar was appointed as Parliamentary Secretary to Revenue Minister
3 Adarsh Shastri was appointed as Parliamentary Secretary to Information and Technology Minister
