Today the state is licensing buildings without license to develop because the chairperson of rera is a close aid to the caption and needs a change. The chairperson needs to be a Judicial man of integrity. Further more there are a lot of scams from day 1 which needs to see the light of the day.
2) Empanelment

7) appointments in tribunals
